《劳动合同法》和《劳务派遣暂行规定》对劳务派遣实施的岗位范围、数量及比例、被派遣劳动者同工同酬权利及违法处罚等做出了明确规定,对于劳务派遣用工超比例的企业必须要采取有效措施降低劳务派遣用工比例。本文对降低劳务派遣用工比例进行了初步探讨,希望对企业解决目前的劳务派遣用工困境提供帮助。
