绩效管理作为企业管理重要途径,是其公司管理的关键内容之一。企业经营的最终目标需要通过员工绩效来实现。民营企业结合自身实际制定科学合理的绩效考核标准,不断完善绩效考核制度,有利于调动员工的积极性,增强企业内部凝聚力。本文针对民营企业员工绩效考核过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决措施,以期能推进完善民营企业的员工绩效考核机制,促进实现民营企业的战略目标。
As an important way of business management, performance management is one of the key contents of its management. The ultimate goal of business operations needs to be achieved through employee performance. Private enterprises in combination with their own actual development of scientific and rational performance appraisal standards and continuously improve the performance appraisal system will help mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and enhance internal cohesion. In this paper, the problems existing in the process of employee performance appraisal in private enterprises are put forward, and the corresponding solutions are put forward in order to improve the performance appraisal system of private enterprises and promote the realization of the strategic goal of private enterprises.
