目的:建立复方洋金花擦剂中东莨菪碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用CS-930双波长薄层扫描法测定。样品用氯仿提取,并在硅胶-G板上以氯仿—甲醇—氨水(9:1:0.05)作展开剂,用碘化铋钾显色,展开后的东莨菪碱斑点用CS-930型双波长薄层扫描仪在λ_s=495nm,λ_R=610nm的条件下进行扫描测定。结果:样品的分离和含量测定都较满意,在5~25μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9978,样品的回收率为97.1%,RSD为1.4%。结果:本法简单、准确、可靠,适用于常规分析。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of scopolamine in compound Yangjinhua liniment. Methods: The CS-930 dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method was used for the determination. The sample was extracted with chloroform, and chloroform-methanol-ammonia (9:1:0.05) was used as a developer on a silica gel-G plate and developed with potassium cesium iodide. The developed scopolamine was spotted with a CS-930 dual-wavelength thin film. The layer scanner was scanned at λ_s = 495 nm and λ_R = 610 nm. Results: The separation and content of the samples were all satisfactory. The linear relationship was good in the range of 5-25 μg, r=0.9978. The recovery of the sample was 97.1% and the RSD was 1.4%. Results: This method is simple, accurate, reliable and suitable for routine analysis.
