当前经济体量越来越大,增量对存量的影响变小,应寻找存量经济下的投资结构性机会。从房地产来看,中国的人口积聚仍在持续中,结构性调整将带来机会。其一,围绕着北上广深周边的城市依然有发展的空间。其二,高铁、地铁的发展也会带来相关投资机会。其三,房地产投资带动下,消费领域也存在结构性机会。
As the current economy grows in volume and the incremental impact on the stock becomes smaller, we should look for structural opportunities for investment in the stock economy. From the real estate point of view, China’s population accumulation is still ongoing, the structural adjustment will bring opportunities. First, there is still room for growth around the cities surrounding the north and the Guangzhou-Shenzhen. Second, the development of high-speed rail and metro will also bring related investment opportunities. Third, driven by real estate investment, there are also structural opportunities in the consumer area.
