用传输式谐振腔法测量了Li-铁氧体/Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O-超导体/聚偏氟乙烯三元复合材料的微波(8-11GHz)复数介电常数和磁导率。复合材料的介电常数和磁导率符合对数加和规律。Bi系高温超导体的加入使复合材料的介电损耗提高了一个数量级。
Microwave dielectric (8-11GHz) complex permittivity and permeability of Li-ferrite / Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O- superconductor / polyvinylidene fluoride ternary composites were measured by transmission resonant cavity method. The dielectric constant and permeability of the composite comply with the law of logarithm summation. Bi-based high temperature superconductors added to the composite dielectric loss increased by one order of magnitude.
