斑马鱼由于其独特的生物学、基因组学、遗传学优势及其高度保守的疾病信号转导通路等特点,已被广泛用作研究人类疾病的动物模型。随着转基因、诱导突变和反义morpholino knockdown及活体成像等技术的应用,使斑马鱼成为在基因组上研究人类炎症免疫疾病相关的病理生理学及在活体内进行高通量药物筛选的良好模式生物。本文介绍斑马鱼免疫应答体系特点、宿主-病原体相互作用的研究方法与技术、炎症感染模型,以展现斑马鱼作为中药抗炎免疫药理研究模式生物的应用前景。
Zebrafish have been widely used as animal models for the study of human diseases due to their unique biology, genomics, genetic advantages and their highly conserved disease signal transduction pathways. The introduction of technologies such as transgene, induced mutations and antisense morpholino knockdown and in vivo imaging have made zebrafish a good model organism for the study of the pathophysiology of the human inflammatory immune disease in the genome and for the screening of high-throughput drugs in vivo. This article introduces the characteristics of zebrafish immune response system, host-pathogen interaction research methods and techniques, inflammation infection model to demonstrate zebrafish as an anti-inflammatory immunopharmacological model of the application of Chinese medicine prospects.
