在中国经济发展的自身要求和国家大力倡导自主创新的大背景下,近年来国内学术界关于创业、创新等的研究掀起热潮,在理论和实证研究方面发表了非常多的研究成果,而作者在广泛阅读有关的文献后发现,国内很多学者开展创业、创新研究时所使用的“企业家精神”及“公司企业家精神”等相关概念存在不同程度的模糊和混乱,因此本文在基于战略管理理论、公司创业理论以及组织行为理论的相关研究对国内“企业家精神”的相关概念进行探究和梳理,以便于学术界和实践界准确认知“企业家精神”的实质。
In the context of China’s own economic development and national initiatives to promote independent innovation, in recent years, domestic academic circles have started a boom in the research on entrepreneurship and innovation, and have published a great deal of research results in theoretical and empirical research. However, After extensive reading of the relevant literature, it is found that many concepts and concepts such as “entrepreneurship” and “entrepreneurial spirit” used by many domestic scholars in undertaking entrepreneurship and innovation research have different levels of ambiguity and confusion.
