[目的]测定增效吡虫啉对豆蚜的毒力。[方法]采用浸渍法测定了2种增效吡虫啉对豆蚜的24 h致死作用,同时以市售的35%吡虫啉悬浮剂为对照。[结果]31%增效吡虫啉悬浮剂SE-6-4防治豆蚜的效果最佳,其LC50值为5.2673 mg/L;其次为31%增效吡虫啉悬浮剂SE-1,LC50值为7.7441 mg/L;35%吡虫啉悬浮剂的LC50值为10.5630 mg/L,豆蚜对其的敏感性相对较低。[结论]31%增效吡虫啉悬浮剂SE-6-4和SE-1是2个良好的制剂产品,具有减量同效的应用价值,可将其进一步用于田间试验。
[Objective] The study aimed to determine the toxicity of synergistic imidacloprid to soybean aphid. [Method] The lethal effect of 2 kinds of synergistic imidacloprid on the bean aphid was determined by dipping method. At the same time, the commercial 35% imidacloprid suspension was used as the control. [Result] The results showed that 31% synergistic imidacloprid suspension SE-6-4 had the best effect on controlling soybean aphid, its LC50 value was 5.2673 mg / L, followed by 31% synergistic imidacloprid suspension SE-1 with LC50 value of 7.7441 mg / L; the LC50 value of 35% imidacloprid suspension was 10.5630 mg / L, and the sensitivity of soybean aphid was relatively low. [Conclusion] The 31% synergistic imidacloprid suspensions SE-6-4 and SE-1 were two good preparation products, which had the same application value of reducing the same dose, and could be further used in field experiments.
