目的:检测跨膜蛋白DC-SIGN在急性胰腺炎中的表达,探讨急性胰腺炎胰腺腺泡细胞的转分化现象。方法:采用AR42J细胞株建立急性胰腺炎的体外细胞模型。流式细胞法检测细胞表面DC-SIGN蛋白的表达量,RTPCR检测DC-SIGN m RNA转录水平。结果 :在蛋白质和基因水平,腺泡细胞DC-SIGN在急性胰腺炎早期高表达(P<0.05)。结论:急性胰腺炎胰腺腺泡细胞DC-SIGN高表达,表明存在上皮-树突状细胞转分化现象。
Objective: To detect the expression of transmembrane protein DC-SIGN in acute pancreatitis and investigate the transdifferentiation of pancreatic acinar cells in acute pancreatitis. Methods: AR42J cell line was used to establish an in vitro cell model of acute pancreatitis. Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of DC-SIGN protein on the cell surface. RTPCR was used to detect the transcription level of DC-SIGN m RNA. Results: DC-SIGN of acinus cells was highly expressed in the early stage of acute pancreatitis at the protein and gene level (P <0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of DC-SIGN in pancreatic acinar cells in acute pancreatitis suggests the presence of epithelial-dendritic cells transdifferentiation.
