摩擦焊新工艺简介摩擦焊是一种金属固相热压焊,它利用两工件作相对高速旋转并轴向加压,使摩擦生热,促使两工件的接触表面达到焊接温度(接近于金属熔化温度),然后瞬间停止旋转,并再施加较大轴向顶镦压力,使两工件结合面金属实现原子的相互嵌入、扩散形成牢固的焊接接头。其动作特征示意见图1。摩擦焊可以焊接黑色金属、有色金属、同种或异种金属:甚至可焊非金属材料如塑料、陶瓷等。其可焊性很广泛,常用材料的可焊性见表1。焊接接头型式有对接或T形接头,两焊接工件可以是圆棒、管、板等。各种焊接工件应用实例见图2。摩擦焊机分连续驱动式
