在构造岩石学中,岩石的组构分析是其重要内容之一。通过野外采集定向标本,磨制岩石构造簿片,用费氏旋转台对矿物颗粒的各种变形向量进行观测和统计,即用组构分析的手段,配合野外宏观构造岩石的观测,研究应力的性质和方向,进而确定各种构造变形的成因和发展,为区域构造、矿田及矿床构造研究提供有力的佐证。近年来在国内,这一研究内容和手段已得到了日益广泛地发展。
In structural petrology, the rock structure analysis is one of the important contents.
