加压氯胺法制水合肼的生产是采用改装的3DT—2/150型柱塞泵将10%左右的次氯酸钠加热至40公斤/厘米~2后再进行合成反应的。次氯酸钠极不稳定,遇热易分解放出原子氧。因此,次氯酸钠具有很强的腐蚀性。10%左右的次氯酸钠溶液对碳素钢、18—8不锈钢、锡青铜的腐蚀速度都大于1.27毫米/年。如北京某制药厂水合肼装置,输送7%次氯酸钠的加压泵进、出口阀弹簧采用碳素钢材质,使用一个月就失去了弹性。
