本文综述了近年来我国铁路系统预应力混凝土制品(轨枕、桥梁和环形接触网支柱)生产中新材料、新工艺、新设备的研制和应用情况。内容包括:1.高效能减水剂在轨枕,桥梁和环形接触网支柱中的推广应用;2.精轧螺旋钢筋及其连接器在中、小跨预应力先张梁中的应用;3.80MPa 硅灰超高强混凝土在环形预应力混凝土接触网支柱和40m 预应力梁中的应用;4.先张梁生产中采用的“跟踪”蒸汽养护方法;5.液压高强钢丝剪切机应用于轨枕生产中的钢丝切断;6.轨枕混凝土搅拌楼中采用 MC80电脑混凝土搅拌质量控制系统。
This article reviews the development and application of new materials, new processes, and new equipment for the production of prestressed concrete products (sleepers, bridges, and annular contact wire pillars) in China’s railway system in recent years. The contents include: 1. The application of high-efficiency water-reducing agent in the sleepers, bridges and annular contact net pillars; 2. The application of the finish-rolled spiral steel bar and its connectors in the prestressed pre-stressed prestressed beams; 3.80 MPa silica fume Super-high-strength concrete in the application of annular prestressed concrete contact net pillars and 40m prestressed beams; 4. “Tracking” steam curing method used in the production of pretensioned beams; 5. Hydraulic high-strength wire shears used in sleeper production Wire cutting; 6. MC80 computer concrete mixing quality control system is used in sleeper concrete mixing building.
