在四连杆机构中,我们把连杆和以动杆之间的夹角定义为传动角。这个角度在机构的运动转换过程中具有重要的作用。当传动角的数值为90°的时候,以动杆受到的传递力最大。随着主动杆的转动,传动角的数值会发生改变。我们希望实际传动角与理想值90°之间的差值尽可能小,并且实际传动角的两个极端数值应能等距地偏离理想值。这样的传动角称为最佳传动角。
In the four-bar linkage, we define the angle between the connecting rod and the moving rod as the driving angle. This perspective plays an important role in the movement of the organization.
