在内毒素休克大白鼠模型上观察到肺系数明显增高,支气管肺泡灌洗液(BAL)中的分子量40S萤不素右旋酿酥(FD—40S)含量明显上升,同时血浆及肺组织酸性磷酸酶(ACP)增高,与正常对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.01);用心脉灵液进行治疗,肺系数及BAL中FD—40S含量均下降,血浆及肺组织ACP也降低,因此说明内毒素引起的肺血管通透性增加与溶酶体酶的释放有密切的关系,而心脉灵液可通过抑制溶酶体的释放而减轻溶酶体酶对肺组织的损伤,从而起到保护肺组织的作用。
The lung coefficient was significantly increased in the endotoxic shock rat model. The content of 40S FD-40S in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BAL) was significantly increased, and plasma and lung acid phosphate were also observed. The enzyme (ACP) increased significantly compared with the normal control group (P<0.01). With the treatment of Xinmailing, the content of FD-40S in lung coefficient and BAL decreased, and the plasma and lung tissue ACP also decreased. Therefore, it is suggested that the increase of endotoxin-induced pulmonary vascular permeability is closely related to the release of lysosomal enzymes, while Xinmailing can reduce the damage of lysosomal enzymes to lung tissue by inhibiting the release of lysosomes.
