目的探讨香菇多糖抑制小鼠胃溃疡发生的作用及机制研究。方法观察不同药物剂量的香菇多糖对小鼠胃溃疡模型体内相关因子含量的作用,ELISA法检测对模型小鼠外周血血清中PGI2和TNF-α含量的影响。结果香菇多糖对小鼠胃溃疡产生抑制效果以中剂量为佳,能够提高小鼠外周血血清中PGI2及减少TNF-α的含量,但中剂量最为显著。结论香菇多糖对小鼠胃溃疡的进一步发展有明显的抑制作用,希望其药用价值早日投入临床使用。
Objective To investigate the role of lentinan in the inhibition of gastric ulcer in mice and its mechanism. Methods The effect of different dosages of lentinan on the content of related factors in mice gastric ulcer model was observed. The effect of lentinan on the content of PGI2 and TNF-α in serum of model mice was detected by ELISA. Results Lentinan inhibited the gastric ulcer in mice at medium dose, which could increase PGI2 and decrease TNF-α in peripheral blood of mice, but the middle dose was the most significant. Conclusion Lentinan obviously inhibits the further development of gastric ulcer in mice and hopes its medicinal value will be put into clinical application as soon as possible.
