以往研究证明,谨慎地使用变动不大的接近标准屈光力的人工晶体同使用标准屈光力的人工晶体不会明显影响术后屈光不正。据建议此种屈光不正多发生于有异常数据的眼,而这需要屈光差异更大的人工晶体。本文报告一个控制过度术后屈光程度的有希望的研究,即用经过计算、屈光力变动较大的人工晶体给予屈光不正患者。
Previous studies have shown that caution in the use of small changes in close to the standard refractive power with intraocular lens with standard refractive power does not significantly affect the postoperative refractive error. It is suggested that such refractive errors occur in the eyes of abnormal data, which requires a larger intraocular lens refractive error. This article reports a promising study to control the degree of postoperative refractive error by using computed, refractive intraocular lenses with large refractive errors for patients with refractive errors.
