针对目前轨交转向架疲劳裂纹的产生及振动加剧的现象,考虑在牵引电机安装时使用弹性橡胶垫进行减振,通过对采用不同电机安装方式的轨交车辆进行实车线路测试,对比分析振动及应力结果,并进行疲劳损伤计算。试验结果表明:安装弹性橡胶垫可以有效降低电机安装部位的应力,减少疲劳损伤;电机在垂向及横向的振动减弱,其到转向架的振动传递率在部分频段内降低。
Aiming at the phenomenon of fatigue crack and vibration increasing of rail-to-bogie, considering the use of elastic rubber pad to reduce the vibration during the installation of traction motor, the railroad vehicles with different motor mounting ways are tested on real- And stress results, and fatigue damage calculation. The experimental results show that the installation of elastic rubber pads can effectively reduce the stress on the motor mounting site and reduce the fatigue damage. The vibration of the motor in the vertical and horizontal directions is weakened, and the vibration transmission rate to the bogie decreases in some frequency bands.
