(一)快速加热和工件形狀的关系如何? 形狀过于复杂的工件不宜于快速加热,因为这种工件的薄的地方容易过热。但是截面完全均勻的工件毕竟很少;截面变化不很大的工件,还是可以快速加热的。象图1所示的那样截面有变化的工件,只要直徑(或有效厚度)相差不超过一倍,都可以快速加热。因为在加热的过程中,較薄的A处和較厚的B处的加热速度如图2所示:开始的时候,A处热得比较快,B处热
