本文遵循教师专业发展和民族教育思路,在了解民族地区大学外语教师专业发展现状基础上,从外语教师教学行为、个体心理和认知研究等方面拓展至教师专业发展的社会性研究,并从社会学视域探究基于民族地区学校和课堂“场域”情境下外语教师教学生活“场域”中复杂的关系,发掘影响民族地区外语教师专业发展的影响因素,寻求外语教师师资规划研究的突破路径,为民族地区高校外语教师专业发展的新模式提供理论依据和实践积累。
Based on the professional development of foreign language teachers in universities and colleges in ethnic minority areas, this essay expands from the foreign language teachers ’teaching behavior, individual psychology and cognitive research to the social studies of teachers’ professional development, and from the perspective of society Based on the complex relationship between foreign teachers and teaching life and “field” under the conditions of schools and classrooms in ethnic minority areas, this paper explores the influencing factors that affect the professional development of foreign language teachers in ethnic minority areas and seeks for teachers’ plans for foreign language teachers The breakthrough path of research provides theoretical basis and practice accumulation for the new mode of professional development of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas.
