落后、保守、懈怠、谨小慎微,貌似成了乡村教师的写照。为了对乡村教师有一个清晰的认识,选取某县两位乡村教师以他们对教育技术的态度为主线进行生活史研究。研究发现,随着时间的推移,两位教师拒斥行为逐渐缓和并开始接受新的理念和技术。事实上,乡村教师并非落后保守、顽固不化,他们都是因对未知事物的畏惧而封闭自我、排斥新技术,也因生活水平的提高和尝试之后的成就感而悦纳新事物。
Outdated, conservative, slack, cautious, seemingly became a portrayal of rural teachers. In order to have a clear understanding of rural teachers, two rural teachers in a county were selected to conduct life history studies based on their attitudes toward educational technology. The study found that with the passage of time, the two teachers’ refusal behavior gradually eased and began to accept new ideas and techniques. In fact, rural teachers are not backward-conservative and stubborn. They all close themselves to exclusion of new technologies because of fear of unknowns. They also accept new things because of their improved standard of living and their sense of achievement after trying.
