目的：了解维思通治疗精神分裂症的有效性、安全性和对其副反应的处理。方法：对１４５例精神分裂症病人单一使用维思通治疗，进行疗效、治疗剂量、出现副反应时间及副反应处理的分析。结果：维思通的治疗日剂量为４．１７±０．８６ｍｇ，出现副反应时间、剂量男女之间无差异性，治疗显效率为７５．９％，副反应发生率为４８．８９％。结论：维思通是有效的和安全的抗精神病药，但它的锥体外系副作用发生率较高，加用安坦有效。无其它严重的副作用。对早期精神分裂症疗效更好
Objective: To understand the effectiveness, safety and side effects of VST in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods: One hundred and fifty-five patients with schizophrenia were treated with Vestone. The curative effect, therapeutic dose, side-reaction time and side effects were analyzed. Results: The daily dose of VST was 4.17 ± 0.86mg. There was no side-reaction time and no difference between men and women. The effective rate of treatment was 75.9% and the incidence of side effects was 48.89%. Conclusion: VST is an effective and safe antipsychotic drug, but its incidence of extrapyramidal side effects is high, plus anantin is effective. No other serious side effects. Early schizophrenia curative effect is better
