以豚鼠作胆色素结石模型,设成石组、正常对照组、胆宁片组与药物对照组,应用电镜从超微结构观察探讨胆石素结石形成的机理及胆宁片治疗胆石症的疗效途径。实验结果显示:模型组(成石组)肝脏有显著超微结构变化(脂变、瘀胆等),胆宁片组肝脏均有不同程度改善。从而提示胆宁片有促进胆汁代谢、改善肝细胞超微结构的作用。
The guinea pigs were used as the model of gallstone pigments. The stone formation group, the normal control group, the Daning tablet group and the drug control group were used. The mechanism of gallstone formation and the curative effect of Daning tablet in the treatment of cholelithiasis were observed by ultrastructure observation using electron microscope. . The experimental results showed that there were significant ultrastructural changes in the liver of the model group (Chengshi group) (lipid change, gallbladder, etc.), and the liver of the Daning tablet group improved to varying degrees. This suggests that Daning Tablets can promote bile metabolism and improve the ultrastructure of liver cells.
