应用聚酰胺粉的薄层进行了11种黄酮类化合物的层离(其中包括槲皮素等5种甙元、广寄生甙等5种甙及一未知的桑寄生甲素),以2%AlCl_3乙醇溶液显色,結果在所用的24种溶媒系統中,以正丁醇/水-醋酸(100∶1)、(100∶2)、醋酸乙酯/水、异丙醇-水(3∶2)、丙酮-水(1∶1)、丙酮-95%乙醇-水(2∶1∶2)及95%乙醇-醋酸(100∶2)等7种溶剂系統对甙推展較好。用正丁醇/水-醋酸(100∶2)溶剂系統于5种已知及未知的混合样品的薄层层离中,亦获較滿意的結果。
A thin layer of polyamide powder was used to perform delamination of 11 flavonoids (including 5 species of quercetin, 5 species of quail, and an unknown species of Loranthaceae) to 2% of AlCl 3 . Ethanol solution was developed, resulting in n-butanol/water-acetic acid (100:1), (100:2), ethyl acetate/water, isopropanol-water (3:2) in the 24 solvent systems used. Seven solvent systems such as acetone-water (1:1), acetone-95% ethanol-water (2:1:2), and 95% ethanol-acetic acid (100:2) promoted the growth of fleas. Thin film delamination of five known and unknown mixed samples using a n-butanol/water-acetic acid (100:2) solvent system also yielded satisfactory results.
