C型料场因具有占地省、贮量大、环保节能等优点在钢铁厂得到广泛应用,为了避免因粗略估算造成料堆体积计算的偏差,通过对C型料场料堆形成机理的研究,应用高等数学中二重积分的原理,对料堆进行合理划分,从而得到料堆体积计算的精确公式;通过与三维放样料堆体积的对比,检验了精确公式的可靠性和误差度,从而有效地解决了料堆体积计算的问题;通过卸料点步长与料堆体积的回归分析,提出了合理选择步长的重要性。
