[目的]了解山东省东部沿海城市各级卫生检验中心的人力资源配置情况,以便为人才引进和培养提供依据,促进卫生监测检验事业的发展。[方法]采用分层随机抽样的方法,选择山东省东部沿海城市20所疾病预防控制中心进行问卷调查。[结果]地市级疾控中心卫生检验人员占技术人员的28.57%,年龄结构(50岁以上占45.45%)和学历结构(中专及以下占45.45%)老化;区县级占17.46%,队伍后备力量不足,缺乏经验(40岁以下占90.91%)、职称偏低(初级及以下占54.55%)。[结论]卫生检验专业人才资源相对缺乏,分布不均衡,加强卫生检验人才队伍培养,引进高素质检验人才已刻不容缓。
[Objective] To understand the human resource allocation of health inspection centers at all levels in the eastern coastal cities of Shandong Province so as to provide the basis for the introduction and cultivation of talents and to promote the development of health monitoring and inspection. [Methods] Stratified random sampling method was used to select 20 Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the eastern coastal cities of Shandong Province for questionnaire survey. [Results] Health inspectors of municipal CDC accounted for 28.57% of the technicians, age structure (45.45% over 50 years old) and educational structure (45.45% of secondary and below) aged 17.46% Team reserve power is insufficient, lack of experience (90.91% under the age of 40), low grade (54.55% primary and below). [Conclusion] The resources of health inspection professionals are relatively scarce and distributed unevenly. It is imperative to strengthen the training of health inspection talents and to introduce high quality inspection talents.
