教学,顾名思义,就是“教”与“学”两个方面。传统的教学,往往是教师的思维代替了学生的思维,在课堂上,教师不断地讲,学生不断地听,学生没有自学教材和主动思考问题的时间与机会,学生只能被动地记忆教师的思路和知识点,学生用记忆教师的讲解代替了知识形成过程的思维。下面我从几个方面谈谈怎样培养学生的“学”。一、认识“学”的重要性,教师要克服不放心的心理弊端
