2009年“中消协”的年主题是“消费与发展”。这一年主题体现了消费与发展之间的相互联系和相互促进关系,对贯彻落实党中央十七届三中全会和中央经济工作会议精神,推进消费维权工作深入开展,具有重要意义。3月7日,湖南师大商学院和本刊编辑部在湖南师范大学红楼联合举办了一次“消费与发展”的理论与实践研讨会,50多名专家学者和实际工作者出席了会议。这里选登部分发言与论文。
2009 year, “China Association for Consumer Protection,” the annual theme is “consumption and development ”. The theme of this year embodies the interconnection and mutual promotion of consumption and development. It is of great significance to implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and the Central Economic Work Conference and promoting consumer rights protection. On March 7, Hunan Normal University Business School and the editorial department jointly held a symposium on theory and practice of “consumption and development” at the Red House of Hunan Normal University.
