一、结合技工学生实际情况,因材施教,优化教学内容一是学生基础差;二是教学内容设置不合理。那么如何根据学生的实际情况因材施教;如何将学生的学习能动性调动起来;如何使学生们的注意力和学习效率提高上来,就成为我们应该探究的重要问题。因此,我在课堂教学中从学生的实际出发,因材施教,简化了素描、色彩、计算机美术等基础课程的理论课教学,在时间上向学生实际动手上倾斜,在不脱离教材的基础上,增加了学生实际动手的时间,并在实际过程中加以指导和总结,使学生在实际动手过程中掌握每节课的重点和难点。
