目的:探讨脑梗死急性期血小板а-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)等指标的变化情况。方法:酶联免疫吸附竞争法测定血小板GMP-140;玻球法测定血小板粘附率(PAdT);多智能血液凝集仪检测血小板聚集率(PAgT)。结果:大灶组血小板GMP-140、PAdT、PAgT较对照组升高非常显著(P<0.001);小灶组较对照组显著升高(P<0.05),2周后血小板GMP-140明显下降,PAdT和PAgT均降至正常。结论:脑梗死急性期血小板功能增强;血小板膜表面GMP-140比PAdT和PAgT更准确地反映血小板活化程度。
Objective: To investigate the changes of platelet granule membrane protein (GMP-140) in acute stage of cerebral infarction. Methods: Platelet GMP-140 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Platelet adhesion rate (PAdT) was determined by glassy method. PAgT was detected by multi-intelligent hemagglutination assay. Results: The levels of platelet GMP-140, PAdT and PAgT were significantly increased (P <0.001) in the large group compared with those in the control group. The levels of platelet GMP-140 and PAdT And PAgT were normalized. Conclusion: Platelet function is enhanced in acute stage of cerebral infarction. GMP-140 on platelet surface reflects more accurately platelet activation than PAdT and PAgT.
