汽车运输电气化是改进露天矿汽车运输的方向之一。实现电气化可减少短缺的柴油消耗量,减少露天矿闭塞空间内的有害气体,提高陡坡运输时的汽车运行速度,因此,与使用载重量相同的柴油自卸汽车相比;可提高运输效率和降低运输成本。凡装有电力传动装置、柴油发电设备和集电设备以及各种检测仪表的成批生产的柴油自卸汽车均可称为柴油架线两用汽车。一般的考虑是从露天坑上坡重载运行时,这种柴油架线两用汽车由架线供电,而其余循环的运输作业则用柴油发电设备供电。众所周知,汽车运输既可作为露天矿独立的运输形式从工作面往选厂和外部排土场运输矿岩,也可作为联合运输系统的首要环
Electrification of Motor Transport is one of the directions to improve the transport of motor cars in open pit mines. Achieving electrification can reduce the shortage of diesel fuel consumption, reduce the harmful gas in the open pit confined space and improve the running speed of the car on the steep slope, therefore, it can improve the transportation efficiency and decrease compared with the diesel truck with the same load capacity transportation cost.
