本文介绍了某金矿选矿厂硫精矿经磨细后氰化,重选和浮选回收金、铜的研究结果,推荐了细磨—浮选流程。当试料含金8.59g/t,铜1.17%和银40.70g/t时,浮选精矿含金165.47~117.15g/t、铜18.89~13.75%和银301.5~210.8g/t三者的回收率依次为77.11~81.15%、69.77~75.47%和38.22~39.72%;浮选尾矿含硫32.97%,可作制酸原料。该法由于产品方案与现行生产一致、流程设备简单、投资少、见效快、无污染,已被现厂采纳。研究结果对同类型矿山有一定推广价值。
This paper introduces the research results of cyanide, gravity and flotation recovering gold and copper from fine ore concentrate of a gold ore concentrator. The fine grinding and flotation process is recommended. When the sample contains 8.59g / t of gold, 1.17% of copper and 40.70g / t of silver, flotation concentrate containing 165.47-117.15g / t gold, 18.89-13.5% copper and 301.5-210.8g / t silver The recoveries ranged from 77.11% to 81.15%, 69.77% to 75.47% and 38.22% to 39.72%, respectively. The flotation tailings contained 32.97% sulfur and could be used as the raw material for acidification. The law because the product program and the current production line, simple process equipment, less investment, quick, pollution-free, has been the factory adopted. The research results have certain promotion value for the same kind of mines.
