辽宁省在麻疹疫苗 (MV)使用前 (1949~ 196 5年 ) ,麻疹报告发病率一直在 5 0 0 / 10万左右 ,居法定报告传染病的首位。流行曲线呈隔年一次高峰。自普遍使用MV后 (196 6~ 1978年 ) ,麻疹发病率降至 10 0 / 10万 ,流行曲线仍是隔年一小流行的周期。在实施计划免疫的初期 (1978~ 1984年 ) ,麻疹发病率持续下降 ,打破了隔年一个流行高峰的规律。 1985年后使用冻干MV ,免疫程序与全国统一 ,麻疹发病率逐年下降 ,1999年报告发病率为 0 5 2 / 10万 ,为历史最低水平。麻疹的地区分布无特殊规律。使用MV后 ,麻疹发病主要在 3~ 5月 ,以 2 5岁以下人群为主 ,呈现向大年龄组后移的现象。 1997~ 1999年麻疹发病以中小学生最多 ,约占 40 % ;其次是散居儿童 ,占 2 0 %。今后应继续加强冷链建设 ,提高疫苗接种率 ,认真做好麻疹疫情的主动监测和实验室监测 ,及时隔离传染源 ,彻底处理疫点和疫区 ,根据实际情况开展对高危人群的强化免疫 ,以达到控制和消除麻疹的目的
