Sinian lines in southern China are widely distributed and well-defined. There are many types of sediments, rich in laminated rock and microfossil plant fossils. There is a widespread unconformity between it and the underlying older rock series caused by the intense crustal movement (Jinning movement). The campaign took place approximately 935 million years ago, about the same as the Glen Wayway exercise time in North America. The Sinian has extensive glacial deposition with stratigraphic discontinuities beneath it caused by the Chengjiang movement (72 ± 100 million years ago, equivalent to the Katanga movement in Central Africa) System of excellent conditions. The glaciation, which occurred about 65-700 million years ago, is roughly comparable with that of the late Precambrian glaciations in Australia and other continents. There is a general discontinuity between the Sinian and Cambrian lines. Most of the bottom of the Cambrian system with the oldest Paleozoic fossil containing phosphorus layer and the lower Cambrian fossil trilobite fossils. According to the fossil record, the Sinian should be included in the Pre-Paleozoic (Habitat Universe). At present, the international geological community is trying to establish a new “department” -like, one-continent and even global unit for the upper Precambrian. The unconformity caused by the Jinning movement in southern China as a starting point, the Sinian profile that contains the fake integration or unconformity under the Lower Cambrian fossil formation and the glacial moraine layer as the sub-system marker can be used as the foundation Precambrian Department of the Department of a Department of the standard.
