对现有物流小车暂存库房的优缺点进行分析，探讨提升物流小车储存效率的方法，提出了固定支架、翻转式挡杆和杯形堆垛脚的结构设计方案。新的翼子板物流小车实现双排翼子板相互扣合储存，多层堆垛后安全性提升，为物流小车暂存库房面积优化提供了有益参考。
