电化学疗法是将电穿孔与化学药物相结合治疗肿瘤的一种新方法,电穿孔可通过脉冲电场瞬时提高细胞膜的通透性使药物等外源物质进入细胞,增强细胞对药物的吸收能力,从而提高治疗肿瘤的效果。我们采用LN-101基因脉冲导入仪及配套的针电极,通过电化学疗法对接种有S-180的小鼠进行对比实验。结果应用抗癌药物博莱霉素(BLM)的电化学疗法(ECT)组的抑瘤率为70.4%,与传统的治疗方法相比抑瘤率显著提高。
Electrochemotherapy is a new method of combining electroporation with chemotherapeutics in the treatment of tumors. Electroporation can improve the permeability of cell membranes by transiently increasing the permeability of the cell membrane through electroporation, so that foreign substances such as drugs enter the cells and enhance the ability of the cells to absorb drugs. Thus improving the treatment of cancer effect. We used the LN-101 gene implanted instrument and supporting the needle electrode, electrochemotherapy for mice vaccinated with S-180 for comparative experiments. Results The antitumor rate of ECM group was 70.4%, which was significantly higher than that of conventional treatment.
