近两三年来,围绕着吊环设计展开了对石油钻采设备中提升工具的安全系数及试验载荷的讨论,这对提高石油钻采机械设计、研究及制造水平,无疑是大有裨益的。 然而有的讨论认为《API Spec 8A》(以下简称《规范》)“关于吊环的安全系数的规定是不准确、不完整的”,“对吊环的安全系数的规定是含糊不清的。它没有说明,此安全系数是仅指吊环的直杆部分,还是包括环体部分”。有的对《规范》提出了自己的解释:“以吊环断面的轴向载荷除以断面面积所得的平均名义拉应力σ名再除其材料的拉伸屈服强度σ屈,即σ屈/σ名定义为吊环的屈服强度安全系数n屈,等等。对这些观点,笔者有不同看法,仅以此文参与讨论。若有谬误,切望同行予以指正。
