过饱和锌铝基(含Cu或Cu、Si)合金的相变是诸亚稳相先后分解的过程,它与该合金体系的平衡相变有相应关系。本文通过对ZnAl4Cull合金时效特性的研究,着重讨论相变机制及时效后期的四相反应,α_f+ε→T′+η,与平衡相图的关系。还采用硬度测定、光学显微镜和电子显微镜金相观察及X射线衍射技术,来研究试验合金的时效特性。
The phase transition of supersaturated zinc-aluminum (Cu or Cu, Si) -containing alloys is the process of metamorphic phase decomposition, which is related to the equilibrium phase transition of the alloy system. Based on the study of the aging characteristics of ZnAl4Cull alloy, the phase transformation mechanism and the phase reaction at the late stage of aging, α_f + ε → T ’+ η, and the equilibrium phase diagram are emphatically discussed. Hardness determination, optical microscopy and electron microscopy metallography and X-ray diffraction techniques were also used to study the aging properties of the tested alloys.
