油气管道运输具有易燃、易爆、易挥发等特点,一旦出现油气运输突发环境事件,可能就会造成爆炸等事故,不仅污染环境,而且威胁到人们的生命财产安全,后果不堪设想。因此加强油气运输突发环境事件应急监测管理至关重要,具有十分重要的现实意义。本文就此分析了油气运输突发环境事件的基本概况,并重点探讨了加强应急监测管理的有效措施。
The transportation of oil and gas pipelines is flammable, explosive and volatile. Once a sudden environmental accident occurs in oil and gas transportation, accidents such as explosion may be caused, which not only pollute the environment but also threaten the safety of people’s lives and property, and the consequences will be disastrous. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the emergency monitoring and management of sudden environmental accidents during the transportation of oil and gas, which is of great practical significance. This paper analyzes the basic situation of oil and gas transport in sudden environmental incidents, and focuses on the effective measures to strengthen emergency monitoring and management.
