现阶段,随着医疗体制改革的不断深入,社会对于医院的综合实力以及服务水平有了更高的要求。面对激烈的市场竞争,人才成为医院最重视的资源,保留和管理人才需要将人力资源管理理念引进医院的综合管理中来,从目前效果来看,人力资源管理对提升医院综合实力起到了巨大的积极影响,不仅提高了医院内部高职称员工的数目,也吸引了更多的患者来院就医,提高了医院的整体水平及科研实力,增加了医院的综合效益。本文将结合医院人力资源的特点分析人力资源管理对提升医院综合实力的影响。
