变态反应引起肥大细胞和嗜碱细胞释放介质,它们以复杂的方式作用于鼻粘膜。有些介质对血管的影响已经被证实,但变态反应对血流量的复杂影响尚欠阐明。本研究的目的是探讨人类在激发变态反应性鼻炎时、花粉症患者在非发病季节和健康的非变态反应个体在应用组胺时鼻粘膜血流量的变化。试验在27人中进行,其中17名患有花粉症,另10名为健康的非变态反应个体。方法是将~(133)Xe 注入下鼻甲粘膜,然后用闪烁计数器探测同位素在局部消失的情况,用以推测局部的血流量。
Allergic reactions cause the release of mast cells and basophils, which act on the nasal mucosa in a complex manner. The effect of some media on blood vessels has been confirmed, but the complex effects of allergies on blood flow are poorly understood. The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in nasal mucosal blood flow in patients with hay fever during non-onset seasons and healthy non-allergic individuals when histamine was administered when humans challenged allergic rhinitis. The trial was conducted in 27 people, of whom 17 had hay fever and the other 10 were healthy non-allergic individuals. The method is to inject ~ (133) Xe into the inferior turbinate mucosa, then scintillation counter to detect the disappearance of the isotope in the local situation, to infer the local blood flow.
