本刊讯“十一五”期间,我国职业培训工作取得了显著成效,职业培训体系初步建立,政策措施逐步完善,培训规模不断扩大,劳动者职业素质和就业能力得到不断提高。基本形成了以企业为主体、职业院校为基础、各类培训机构积极参与的职业培训体系,并针对不同群体开展符合其特点的职业培训。 During the period of Eleventh Five-Year Plan, China’s vocational training has achieved remarkable results. The vocational training system has been initially established, the policies and measures have been gradually improved, the training scale has been continuously expanded, and the occupational quality and employability of workers have been continuously improved. A vocational training system based on enterprises as the main body and vocational colleges as the basis and actively participating in various training institutions has basically taken shape and vocational trainings conforming to their characteristics are developed for different groups.
