采用小鼠神经母细胞瘤细胞(NBA2)无血清培养建立神经细胞老化实验研究模型。以氨基酸自动分析术观察强啡肽(DYN)对实验性神经细胞内氨基酸类神经递质的影响。结果发现DYN可使天门冬氨酸(Asp)和谷氨酸(Glu)这两种兴奋性氨基酸含量显著降低(P<0.01);使抑制性氨基酸中的甘氨酸(Gly)含量升高(P<0.05)。提示DYN使兴奋性氨基酸Asp和Glu含量降低及使抑制性氨基酸Gly含量升高的作用可能是其延缓实验性神经细胞老化的机制之一。
Mouse neuroblastoma cells (NBA2) serum-free culture to establish experimental model of neuronal aging. The effect of dynorphin (DYN) on amino acid neurotransmitters in experimental nerve cells was observed by automatic amino acid analysis. The results showed that DYN significantly reduced both excitatory amino acids (Asp and Glu) (P <0.01) and increased glycine (Gly) in inhibitory amino acids P <0.05). The results suggested that the effect of DYN on Asp and Glu of excitatory amino acids and the increase of inhibitory amino acid Gly may be one of the mechanisms of delaying the aging of experimental neurons.
