采用聚类分析和主成分分析,将采集于南沙群岛的一个变异标本同来自于3个属的4尾标本进行比较,确定该变异标本的分类地位。在聚类分析中,标本SCSFRIF19900167、SCSFRIF00000629和标本SCSFRIF900228聚在一起。在主成分分析中,吻、眼睛、胸鳍、腹鳍、臀鳍、尾鳍、第二背鳍、体高、体宽和鳃裂等性状的负荷值大于70%。变异标本SCSFRIF900228与标本SCSFRIF19900167和SCSFRIF00000629的差异特征有:标本SCSFRIF900228的鳃长较短,鳃孔更高,左侧第五鳃孔缺失,右侧第五鳃孔仅3mm。以上特征显示,变异标本SCSFRIF900228有可能来自宽尾曲齿鲛(Soliodon laticaudus)。
Using cluster analysis and principal component analysis, a variant specimen collected from Nansha Islands was compared with 4 tail specimens from three genera to determine the taxonomic status of the specimen. In cluster analysis, specimens SCSFRIF19900167, SCSFRIF00000629 and specimen SCSFRIF900228 clustered together. In the principal component analysis, the load values of kinks, eyes, pectoral fins, pelvic fins, anal fin, caudal fin, second dorsal fin, body height, body width and branchial cleft were more than 70%. The differences between SCSFRIF900228 and SCSFRIF19900167 and SCSFRIF00000629 were as follows: The gill length of the specimen SCSFRIF900228 was shorter, the gill hole was higher, the fifth gill hole was missing on the left, and the third gill hole on the right was only 3 mm. The above characteristics show that the mutant SCSFRIF900228 may come from the genus Soliodon laticaudus.
