应用丽珠肠乐加乳酸钙治疗婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻８０例，与病毒唑治疗组进行对照。两组均不禁食，有脱水者给ＯＲＳ口服或静脉补液，均辅用助消化药物及必要的对症处理。结果表明治疗组显效率、总有有效率均高于对照组，两组差异显著，Ｘ２＝６．９６，Ｐ＜０．０１。治疗中无不良反应。丽珠肠乐是双歧杆菌活菌制剂，是一种人体微生态调节新药，能阻止致病菌的侵入与定植，保护肠绒毛免受病毒或病毒抗原的入侵，抑制肠道有害菌，减少毒素的产生和吸收，维持正常的胃肠蠕动，具有营养，保护功能，能提高机体免疫力，乳酸钙口服易吸收，钙能降低细胞膜的通透性，维持细胞的正常代谢，从而起到保护肠粘膜作用，尤其适用于缺钙患儿。故而两者合用效果满意，值得推广使用
