目的探讨社区通过开展健康教育对高血压患者服药依从性的影响。方法选择高血压患者120例作为调查对象,对其进行健康教育1年,比较分析健康教育前后问卷调查服药依从性评分情况。结果问卷调查显示,120例患者健康教育前后各项服药依从性评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康教育前服药依从性评分总分为(6.69±0.45)分,健康教育后服药依从性评分总分为(8.93±0.69)分,健康教育前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对高血压患者的健康教育,可提高患者的服药依从性,从而达到有效控制血压的目的。
Objective To explore the impact of community health education on medication adherence in hypertensive patients. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with hypertension were selected as subjects for health education for one year. The compliance scores of the questionnaires before and after health education were compared. Results The questionnaire survey showed that there was significant difference in compliance scores before and after health education (P <0.05) before and after health education; the compliance score before taking health education was (6.69 ± 0.45) points, after taking health education The total score of compliance was (8.93 ± 0.69) points, the difference was statistically significant before and after health education (P <0.05). Conclusion Through the health education of patients with hypertension, patients can improve medication compliance, so as to achieve the purpose of effective blood pressure control.
