液压支架在我国使用已有近15年历史,架型也有很大变化,但迄今为止影响综采工作面生产效率的重大因素之一是顶板的端面冒落。本文研究了顶板形成端面冒落的机理,着重分析了老顶断裂后引起的滑落失稳与变形失稳对直接顶稳定性的影响,及其对直接顶内破碎带形成所起的作用。同时初步探讨了支架结构的改变对防止端面顶板冒落所起的作用。
Hydraulic support has been used in our country for nearly 15 years, and the frame type has also been greatly changed. However, one of the major factors affecting the production efficiency of the fully mechanized mining face so far is that the roof of the roof caverns. In this paper, the mechanism of roof caving on the roof is studied, and the effect of sliding instability and deformation instability on the stability of the direct roof caused by the failure of the roof is analyzed emphatically. In the meantime, the effect of the change of the support structure on the prevention of the roof from falling off was also discussed.
