黏液性囊腺癌是比较少见的胰腺低度恶性肿瘤,在临床上处理不当,有时会带来严重的后果。现我们总结了5例(其中2例取自河北医科大学第四医院肝胆外科)的临床表现、影像学资料、术中所见、治疗及预后,并复习了文献。1临床资料1.1一般资料男1例,女4例。年龄13～54岁,平均年龄40.8岁。1.2临床表现均伴有程度不等的腹痛,4例伴有腹胀,5例均有进食后腹胀,食欲均有不同程度减退,体重明显减轻2例,腹部可触及包块4例。1.3术前检查及术中所见本组病例经B超诊为胰腺囊性病变1例,囊实性病变3例,实性病变1例。经CT均诊为胰 Mucinous cystadenocarcinoma is a relatively rare low-grade pancreatic cancer, clinically improper handling, sometimes with serious consequences. Now we summarize the clinical manifestations, imaging data, intraoperative findings, treatment and prognosis of 5 cases (2 cases were taken from the hepatobiliary surgery of the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University) and review the literature. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 1 male and 4 female. Age 13 to 54 years old, average age 40.8 years old. 1.2 clinical manifestations are accompanied by varying degrees of abdominal pain, 4 cases were associated with abdominal distension, 5 cases had abdominal distension after eating, appetite were reduced to varying degrees, significant weight loss in 2 cases, abdomen palpable mass in 4 cases. 1.3 Preoperative examination and intraoperative findings of this group of patients by B ultrasound diagnosis of pancreatic cystic lesions in 1 case, cystic solid lesions in 3 cases, solid lesions in 1 case. The CT were diagnosed as pancreatic
