大渡河泸定—石棉地段是规划中的大渡河水电基地的重要组成部分。该区地形险要,青藏系、经向系和华夏系三大构造体系在此复合,构造比较复杂。挽近时期以来,特别是现今构造及地震强烈活动,给电站选址带来了很大的困难。为了从活动带中找寻相对稳定地段—“安全岛”,笔者对该区的地貌、地质、构造、地震及温泉等资料进行了初步分析,将危险地段和危险点排除和过筛,运用地质力学的观点和“块体构造”运动原理,对“X”型构造所分割的四大块体进行了分析研究和对比,提出了强烈活动地区程度不同的相对稳定地段,按等级逐降的顺序为:黄草山→泸定以北→瓦窑岗→得妥与田湾之间,从而为该区提供了比较选址场地。
Dadu River Luding - asbestos lot is the planned Dadu River hydropower base an important part. In order to find a relatively stable lot from the belt, “Safety Island”, the author made a preliminary analysis on the geomorphology, geology, structure, earthquake and hot spring in the area, eliminated and sieved the dangerous lots and dangerous spots, Viewpoint and “block structure” movement principle, the paper analyzes and compares the four blocks divided by “X” structure, and puts forward the relatively stable lots with different degrees of strong activity areas. The order of descending by grade is as follows: Huangcao Mountain → north of Luding → Wayaigang → proper and Tianwan between, so as to provide a comparative site for the area.
