为实现激光二极管抽运全固态激光器(DPSSL)的小型轻量化和高效率,研究了采用高温激光二极管(LD,808nm,55℃)作为抽运源,降低温控系统制冷压力,减小传导冷却结构体积、重量、功耗的思路和方法。分析了激光二极管抽运全固态激光器中热电制冷器制冷量与激光二极管工作温度的关系,采用高温激光二极管阵列抽运源和角锥棱镜谐振腔设计了可靠性高、小型轻量化的全固态激光器,研制了工程化样机,激光器重复频率为50Hz,连续工作时间达6min,脉冲能量为85.7mJ,脉冲宽度为10.8ns,光束发散角为2.8mrad,电光效率为4.3%,体积为170mm×62mm×80mm,重量为1.1kg。研究表明,高温激光二极管抽运的全固态激光器是实现DPSSL小型轻量化和高效率的有效途径。
